How to use:
On clean, dry brows, use the precision spoolie to apply a small amount of gel, brushing hairs back and forth to ensure even coverage. Shape and define with the comb end, then gently press the brush upward and outward through the brows to set them in place for a sleek, laminated finish. For added definition, fill in any sparse areas with the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil.
